E.GEO carried out an energy upgrading in this four-flat house located in Pré-Saint-Didier in Valle d'Aosta - Italy. A 30 kW closed circuit geothermal system has been installed to replace the shared oil-fired system.
One of the flats had a separate electrical heating system, that has been connected to the rest of the house, thus optimising consumption and increasing the energy class of the building.
